Bespoke Training

Bespoke Training Programs

Round Midnight Ltd has long-standing relations with a number of organisations who use our services to enhance their existing training packages.

We are all too aware of the common misconceptions about the use of creative arts in training and so we build bespoke programmes that are mindful of the cliché ridden approaches to team building and ice breaking.

We inject comedy and laughter into all of our work, whilst helping to reinforce the desired learning outcomes, material content, and training objectives which are incorporated into each bespoke program.

Our excellent and experienced facilitators give delegates the opportunity to experiment with their approach whilst being coached in a safe environment

Through the use of creative arts techniques and dramaturgical tools we aim to:

Our training packages are bespoke and can have a number of different focuses:

Techniques

Within these packages, we use a range of techniques such as:

Delegates are aware that they are practicing in fictional situations which puts them at ease and gives them confidence to experiment, but also provides a very real life scenario for them to tackle.

Delegates watch a short performance and are then given the opportunity to comment on the issues shown and discuss a more beneficial course of action.

Delegates are exposed to a real-life situation displaying an issue or topic relevant to training. It is unbeknownst to them that they are watching two actors play out a scenario. When this is revealed, discussion ensues. A great technique for high impact training.

Trainers work with Round Midnight in a fun and interactive workshop that explores the importance of delivering training material creatively. The participants learn various creative methods, games and exercises that turn tried and practiced training techniques on their head. The trainers themselves are then encouraged to rethink and enhance their own material by incorporating creativity into their delivery.

Teachers and lecturers work with Round Midnight in a fun and interactive workshop that explores the importance of teaching young people creatively. The participants learn various creative methods, games and exercises that will enhance the curriculum and allow their students to experience a whole new way of learning. The teachers and lecturers are then encouraged to rethink and enhance their own lesson plans by incorporating creativity into their delivery.

We work with a cohort of delegates to introduce the “usualising” of LGBT people into everyday delivery of materials and resources. We look at eliminating homophobic, biphobic and transphobic mind frames, language and attitudes, and encourage equality in working environments.

"I wanted to say how grateful we are for your contribution to what was excellent training for the managers. The room was buzzing when all the sub groups re-joined and you never normally feel that positive vibe after management training. Significant number of comments eluded to it ‘being the best training they have done’ and ‘informative and enjoyable’, to ‘I have learned so much’. Your acting team were outstanding as ever and made a huge difference to the credibility of the training and the buy in from the managers taking part"
