Hello all. We’re struggling to get to grips with the fact it is very nearly September! Where has this year gone?
So as new blazers, shirts and ties are being bought – we thought we’d give you a quick August update.
Positive Moves (Round Two!) is set to begin on Tuesday September 11th. This brilliant program is designed specifically for women over 19 in Balsall Heath who are looking to get back into employment. If you know anyone who you think would benefit from this course then do get in touch! Our taster session will be held at the Anderton Park Children’s Centre, at 1pm – 3pm.
This Saturday sees the first rehearsal with our Raw Talenteers for ArtsFest 2012. We’re so excited that our ArtsFest application was accepted for this years brilliant weekend.
Raw Talent all ages (even the Teenies!) will be performing in the Adrian Boult Hall, in the Birmingham Conservatoire at 12:30 – 1pm on Saturday 8th September, so please come along and see our performance, “Chicken in a Basket” and support Raw Talent!!
Seeing as it’s almost September, planning and preparation is well underway for our annual October Half Term Project. As we speak, there is heavy debate over the name of this years project… and I can now confirm… drum roll please…
Round Midnight Presents: Midnight F.E.A.S.T.
We will be holding a 3 or 5 day (the choice is yours) Creative Arts course at Clifton Road Youth Centre. So get in touch now if you’d like to reserve a place!
