Drip, drip, drop…

…a big Hello! to all here from Round Midnight on a blustery April day!

First off, the Raw Talent Teenies first show back to parents took place last Thursday and WOW! What an adventure we all went on!

The first term of Teenies has been absolutely brilliant and will be starting back up again after Easter on April 19th. There’s plenty of places left so watch this space for more info!

A huge well done to our 7-11 Raw Talent Group who performed “This isn’t Disneyland!?” at Clifton Road Youth Centre last Tuesday. The audience gave us some fantastic feedback (and I heard they were very relieved that there weren’t really any cannibals hanging around…).
Well done Raw Talent 7-11!

Last Friday, the team performed Be Safe, Play Safe at a Secondary School in Moseley – teaching year 7 pupils through Theatre in Education how to have fun, but stay safe during the Easter Holidays. The year group were brilliant fun to work with and we’d like to send out a big thank you to them and the school for having us!
“Positive Moves” is now well underway. The project looks at working with local women of Balsall Heath to raise confidence and build personal skills in an active, fun and interactive approach. There are places left and the course starts on April 19th so please get in contact if it’d be something you’d be interested in.

Today, some of the team are at a local school working with looked after young people. Using drama and creative skills they are looking at raising aspirations and future plans, whilst having a load of fun with some games and drama techniques!

Hope you’re keeping warm and dry in these early April showers!
